Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Tonya!
You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney –– thanks so much for dropping by with your question. When it comes to planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I think my favorite part of the process is choosing Disney Resorts Collection hotel. With incredible theming and unique offerings at every Resort, each and every visit feels fresh and new. In fact, I got the chance to chat all-things Resorts with my fellow Panelist, Julie P., on a recent episode of the
planDisney Podcast presented by State Farm, and believe me –– there are
a lot of options to choose from! To help you get ready for your upcoming visit, let me share a few details about the hotel booking process so you can choose the Resort that's right for your and your family.
I think the easiest way to book reservations at a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel is right from the Walt Disney World website. To do this, hover over the "Places to Stay" tab, located at the top of the page. This will open up a drop-down menu with tons of different options, from Deluxe Resorts to voyages about
Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, and even additional Good Neighbor hotel accommodations. After selecting an option from this list, you'll be able to input your dates and travel party details to view availability. From there, you can select the available Resort that works best for you and follow the onscreen prompts to book and confirm your reservation. If you prefer to book over the phone, you can also call the
Disney Resort Hotel Reservation Line at (407) 939-1936 –– just keep in mind that Walt Disney World is experiencing high call volumes right now and wait times on the phone can be
very lengthy. For a quick and easy booking process, the online option is probably your best bet.
In addition to world-class accommodations and tons of Resort activities, Disney Resorts Collection hotel Guests can also enjoy a little extra time in Walt Disney World theme parks. Each day, Resort Guests can enter any of the four theme parks up to 30 minutes before the park opens to the public with
Early Theme Park Entry –– all you'll need is valid theme park admission and a Disney Park Pass reservation. And if you choose to stay at a Deluxe Resort, you'll have even more magical opportunities coming your way. On certain theme parks on select nights, you'll be able to stay in the park up to two hours after it closes to the public during
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. This is a great opportunity to experience your favorite attractions with lower wait times, snap some Disney PhotoPass pictures, and just generally enjoy the parks with smaller crowds. For the full schedule of when this perk will be offered during your visit, be sure to check out the Park Hours on the My Disney Experience mobile app.
Thanks for visiting planDisney, Tonya. I hope you find the perfect Disney Resorts Collection hotel for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort stay and I'm wishing you a visit that's sprinkled with pixie dust from beginning to end!
See Ya Real Soon,
Amy
