Ellie Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

When and how can I book reserved standing for the nighttime fireworks please?

Hi Ellie and bienvenue to planDisney!

The Reserved Viewing Area for the nighttime show at Disneyland Paris has soared in popularity lately making this particular Magical Extra one of the most coveted to get and it's easy to see why as the Reserved Viewing Area offers a prime viewing location, in a dedicated zone, with only a limited number of places available. Thereby ensuring an amazing view of Disney Tales of Magic.

If you booked directly with Disneyland Paris, there are 2 ways to book the Reserved Viewing Area (subject to availability):-

1/ You can add this via your MyDisney Account once your Hotel+Ticket package has been paid for in full. If you have linked your booking in the Disneyland Paris App, click on "Buy" at the bottom of the home page, followed by "Shows and parades: Preferred access" and then click "Select" on the "Parade and nighttime show: Reserved viewing area" option. You then need to click "Select" on the "Reserved viewing area: Nighttime show" option.

2/ By contacting Disneyland Paris via the Live Chat function which can be accessed by clicking on "Ask your question" in the blue box that says "Need help?" which pops up while you are browsing the Disneyland Paris website and/or Disneyland Paris App.

Top Tip - Disney Agents are available Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 7.30pm and on Saturdays from 9.30am to 6pm (French time).

If you made your booking through a Travel Agency (including The Walt Disney Travel Company) then it is only possible to reserve viewing areas via the Disneyland Paris App, 1 week before your arrival date (subject to availability).

At this moment in time, it is only currently possible to book the Reserved Viewing Area for dates up until the end of March 2026 so, I'm afraid that you are going to have to wait a little longer before you are able to book it for your trip, in October 2026.

Although there is no set release date, I can tell you that in the past, dates seem to have been released around every 6 months and as the last batch were released in early September 2025, it is likely that you will be able to book this, for the dates of your visit, in early March 2026.

My best advice would be to use the Live Chat function, as described above, every month, or so, to see if an Agent can confirm when bookings will be released for October 2026.

I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a definite answer to your question on this occasion, Ellie, but hope that the information I have provided has been of use.

If we can be of any further help with the planning of your 2026 trip, please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney - there is nothing we love more than talking all things Disneyland Paris.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
