Can I book a reservation at a restaurant in Hollywood studios or Magic Kingdom just for a birthday cake celebration for 7 yr old girl (specialty cake delivered from Disney cakes) - large group of 13. If so any recommendations?

Hi there, John! You are welcome to make a reservation for your birthday celebration. In all likelihood, because your party numbers more than 12, you'll need to call (407) WDW-DINE. At that time, give them the heads-up on your idea. They'll not only be able to assist you with the cake ordering, but they'll be able to note the special occasion on your file. Because your party is over a dozen, you might consider planning on appetizers, soft drinks, and the cake. That way, you'll be able to work in a meal, have the experience of the dining, and celebrate your occasion. Character dining will charge per person, regardless of the amount you eat, so consider one of the other sit-downs. In Magic Kingdom, I'd suggest Tony's Town Tavern, modeled after the famous restaurant in "Lady and the Tramp." At Disney's Hollywood Studios, consider 50s Prime Time, where your whole party will be treated like family. Have a wonderful time! See you later, celebrator, -Deborah B.
