If I book a reservation for a party of 6 and then closer to the trip only 4 can attend the trip, can I get refunded my money?

    Hello Summer,

Thanks for stopping by.  How exciting that you are planning a Walt Disney World vacation!  You don't mention what type of reservation you are interested in modifying so I will do my best to help you!  If you are interested in modifying dining reservations, and want to decrease the number of members in your party, I recommend that you do this by calling (407) 939-3463.  In my experience, decreasing the number of individuals joining you is not a problem, and you will not be charged a cancellation fee for simply reducing the number of people in your party.  In the event you are planning any pre-paid dinner options (including dinner shows such as the Hoop-De-Do-Musical Revue at Fort Wilderness Campground) you will want to ensure that you call and reduce the number of people in your party within the cancellation window so that you can receive a refund for those not attending.  If you are referring to reducing the number of people in your travel party all together, and this involves canceling resort room reservations or theme park passes, you will want to ensure the specific cancellation parameters at the time of booking to ensure that any modifications are made in time to allow for a refund.

I hope you have a magical vacation!
