Since the
Theme Park Reservation System has opened and Ticket Sales have resumed, there has been lots of excited guests trying to get back to the Magic. Because of this, we have seen a significant increase in traffic on the
Disneyland Resort Website, and there is bound to be some bumps in the road. Fortunately, Cast Members have been working hard to help all guests secure their Theme Park Reservations and are available to assist in any way possible. It looks like you have already tried to link your Theme Park Tickets, so your best bet will be
calling Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 and speaking with a Cast Member who will be able to help in real time. I know that there are many guests trying to reach a Cast Member, so please be patient. Your call may be placed in a queue and it may take longer than usual for your question to be answered. When I called last week I put my phone on "speaker" and enjoyed the Disney Music while waiting. It sure made me even more excited to visit Disneyland Resort!
