Can I book a reservation for February 2024?

    Hiya Clint!

Welcome to planDisney! I feel like 2024 is racing closer faster than Lightning McQueen in the Piston Cup! I'm already planning at minimum two trips to Walt Disney World Resort next year as this Annual Pass is burning a hole in my pocket.

It can feel like Walt Disney World Resort is taking the longer but more scenic route to finally posting 2024 Resort Availability. It is not known why and it is not known when but we have hope that in the next few months, we should see booking for 2024 possible. Historically, it has always been late spring that we see the following year's dates posted but I heard a rumor that it could be August we see it pop up. Cast Members I have spoken with that do reservation booking are also making bets on when the winning date will be. It is a bit unknown right now. I'm sorry that I don't have more exact news but I would keep checking the main Walt Disney World Resort site and Disney Parks Blog for updates.

In the meantime if you do make a wild but exciting decision to purchase an Annual Pass know that your one year of usage won't start until it is activated at a Guest Relations or Ticket Booth in the Parks or Disney Springs. However, you can still make Resort reservations with the discounts that only Annual Passholders can get which is much better than what I am seeing for regular guests. Just before you check in you have to activate your Annual Pass and begin your year of fun and discounts!

I hope you win big very soon and get your 2024 trip set up perfectly! Let me know if you have any more questions! Kachow!

    Happy Planning!

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
