How to book a private VIP tour ?

    Hiya, Srikala!

Thanks so much for bringing your question to planDisney.  Woo hoo!  You only have two more weeks to wait until you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort –– the final countdown is officially on!  And although The Most Magical Place on Earth is filled with magic at any time of year (it's right there in the name, after all), there's something extra special about visiting during the holiday season –– I can't wait for you and your family to experience all the festivities in just a few weeks!

Although you'll find no shortage of pixie dust at Walt Disney World Resort, if there's one sure way to take your Disney vacation to the next level, it's by setting off on an adventure with a Disney Private VIP Tour. After meeting up with your very own private guide (affectionately known as "Plaids"), you and your party will be in for a day of personalized fun and special benefits –– think shorter-than-average wait times for some of your favorite attractions, exclusive transportation, and more.  While I haven't gotten to experience a VIP tour for myself yet, my family is planning to use this service for the first time during a big family vacation next fall and I can't wait! If you're interested in booking your own VIP tour for your coming visit, you can make reservations beginning 60 days in advance by calling (407) 560-4033.

To help make sure you have the info you need before you call to book your VIP tour, let me share a few details with you about the experience.  Each Guest ages three and over who plans to enjoy the tour will need valid theme park admission, which isn't included in the cost of the tour –– if you plan to visit more than one park, you'll need to make sure you purchase tickets that include Park Hopping privileges, too. Also, keep in mind that each Private VIP Tour can accommodate up to 10 Guests with a single Guide (larger parties will need to book an additional Guide), and infants ages two and younger will count towards the total number of people, even though they won't need a separate ticket to enter the park. Finally, know that space is limited for Private VIP Tours, so it's always best to make reservations as early as possible.  Since you'll be arriving very soon (yay!), I recommend giving the VIP reservation number a call ASAP to check the availability for your visit.

Thanks so much for dropping by planDisney, Srikala.  I hope this helped to answer your question and I'm wishing you lots of pixie dust during your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort!
