How do I book private dinning for 25 adults?

    Hi Jack!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about private dining at Walt Disney World Resort. I plan meals for 25-30 individuals often when I travel with young adults as part of a school group. There are a number of different ways you can accommodate your travel party. Let's review them together.

    1. If you're looking for tables together at one of the fabulous restaurants in the theme parks or hotels, you can start by booking a reservation online. At some of the restaurants, it is possible to book a dining experience for that large a group online. For many of the restaurants, however, you'll need to call (407) WDW-DINE, or (407) 939-3463 to speak to a Cast Member who can book the reservation for you. I cannot stress enough the importance of calling 180 days prior to your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort to make a reservation that will accommodate a party of this size. Set your alarm and get up early to call.

    2. There are a few restaurants that prefer that you call them directly to set up a reservation for a group as large as yours. If that is the case, the Cast Member at the dining line listed above will provide you with the number you'll need to call the restaurant directly. Whispering Canyon Cafe and Trattoria al Forno are two establishments that fit into this category. Both have nice secluded areas for groups of 25.

    3. If, however, you are looking for a truly private dining experience, I suggest you reach out to the team at Walt Disney World Events at (407) 828-3200. The Attic at Disney's Boardwalk Villas is one venue that may be perfect for your group.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
