Ahoy, Carolyn! If you are cruising by planDisney ready to use your Placeholder, it means you love
Disney Cruise Line vacations as much as I do. I make sure to secure my
Future Cruise Offer every trip. I may not know when I can sail again, but it is a worry-free guarantee that a new cruise will be on my horizon!
Since you came to planDisney with this question, I know you have heard the good news that you can now sail into savings and book your cruise online. Hot dog!
First, you can find your placeholder under the "Already Booked" tab and "
My Reservations." If you have multiple reservations, click the "Reservations" drop-down to see your list. The "Future Cruise Placeholder" is listed with its expiration date. Click on the Placeholder to open it and select "Search All Cruises." I know you have your sea legs, so the rest of the process should look pretty familiar. You indicate who is in your travel party and search for an itinerary. The top of the page should say "Special Rates for Placeholder," and the itinerary should have a "Placeholder Offer" icon. These little signs assure me that I am seeing itineraries available with the offer (not a blackout date), and I followed the right steps.
A few simple clicks to pick your stateroom, add the cruise to your cart, confirm your Placeholder conversion, check out, and you will be
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo-ked for your next adventure at sea!
You can also
call Disney Cruise Line for assistance if you have any issues.
If you have any other questions as you plan your cruise, you know you have a friend in planDisney. We're here to help you follow the second star to the right!
