    HI, I would like to book the Pirates and Pals Voyage for our trip and need some clarification, the site says you pay in advance but it also says you must cancel two days in advance. Is there a refund option if needed for this event or is it non refundable

    Hi Susan! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It makes me so incredibly happy to see you with another question! We love helping guests and those that keep coming back to us makes my heart sing!

    The Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage in my opinion is a really fun experience. When I took the voyage I didn’t even have kids yet and I found myself absolutely captivated by all of the fanfare! Even though you are required to pay up front to secure this reservation, it is my understanding that if you have to cancel, you would have to do it at least two days in advance in order to be issued a refund. If you cancel after the two days in advance time point, or if you do not show, then you will not be refunded any money.

    My best advice to you would be that if at all in doubt, and if you are worried that there may be a chance that you might have to cancel, I would suggest verifying this information when you make your reservation just to clarify that you will be able to be issued a full refund if you have to cancel within two days prior to your reservation.
