Hello, Abigail! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by with your question. There’s nothing quite like having your treasured Disney memories captured in photos! That can be difficult to accomplish when having posed photographs taken. However, there is now a new option called
Capture Your Magic which gives you access to a photographer just for your group for a set amount of time at Magic Kingdom Park! I am sure that you could book this and let your photographer know that you prefer candid shots! If you have
Memory Maker linked to your account, you will be able to keep every shot taken!
While it is not allowed to have professional photographers take photos of you at Walt Disney World, your cousin is a family member and would be welcome into the Theme Parks with you with a valid
Theme Park Ticket and
Park Pass reservation! Technically, he is free to take photos of you while visiting the Parks with you! There are no large tripods or large photography devices allowed, so he would have to carry the camera with him for the most part. These and other guidelines are outlined in the Walt Disney World
Property Rules.
Abigail, I hope this information is helpful to you as you continue to make plans! I hope that whatever you choose, you are able to capture every shot you choose!
Say Cheese!
