How do I book my park reservations?

Hello, Sarah! I'm so glad you've stopped by planDisney with your question. Let's get you all set up!

First, Sarah, if you haven't already purchased your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets I'd suggest taking a look over at the Walt Disney World availability calendar first. That way you can make sure there is still availability at the parks you'd like to visit before spending all that money. If there is availability for the parks that you'd like to visit on specific dates, then I'd recommend going ahead and purchasing your park tickets. After you've purchased your Walt Disney World Theme Park tickets, you'll need to link them to your MyDisneyExperience account. There should be a prompt when purchasing online to do this for you, but if not this website will walk you through the whole process. After your tickets are linked, it's time to make park pass reservations. First, you'll need to visit the park pass reservation website and click on the button that says, "Make A Park Pass Reservation". This will open up a window to select your travel party. Once you've picked who you'll be making park pass reservations for you'll choose the date on the calendar and then the theme park you'd like to visit. If there is availability at that particular park you'll be taken to a confirmation page and have the option to make another park pass reservation. You'll need to follow those steps for every day that you'd like to visit the Walt Disney World Theme Parks. Once you are done making park pass reservations, you should be able to see all of your selections over on your MyDisneyExperience account. If you have a park hopper ticket, where you can visit multiple Walt Disney World Theme Parks in one day, you only need to make a park pass reservation for the initial theme park you plan to visit each day. Your park pass reservation guarantees you entry all day into the theme park that you have chosen. You can enter early and leave for a while and come back later in the day or you can visit later in the afternoon - you are guaranteed access all day.

Sarah, I hope this helps you make your park pass reservations with ease. If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask me. I'm here to help.

    Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
