Howdy Debby!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for stopping by to share this great question with us!
I see you are planning a vacation to “The Most Magical Place on Earth!” I know you are counting down the days until you are off to Neverland! I saw your question, and I have struggled with the same situation in the past. I recommend
calling the
Walt Disney World Resort and speak with a Cast Member in ticketing. The Cast Member will take the confirmation number you received when you purchased your tickets and see why your
My Disney Experience is not accepting that number. From my experience, the Cast Member you speak with will obtain the correct confirmation number you need to link your theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience. The Cast Member can even stay on the phone with you until you see that your tickets are linked and while you make all of your Disney Park Pass Reservations. If you decide to make your reservations on your own, go to the
Disney Park Pass Reservation System, and the website will prompt you on how to create your party and make a Disney Park Pass Reservation for each of the days you will be visiting the theme parks! To check availability, go to the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar website. I recommend making all of your Disney Park Pass Reservations as soon as possible because reservations can book up quickly, depending on your vacation dates.
There are so many exciting things planned in the months to come! To stay up-to-date on everything scheduled to re-open, new attractions, new dining experiences, and so much more, go to the
Disney Parks Blog! As you continue to plan your unforgettable vacation to Neverland, if you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! We are always here to help you with all your planning questions, Debby!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
