hi, when I book a park reservation, I cannot any availaibiity , the screen says only "invalid dates" I can't see any calender , And when I use the apps, I can see the availibility in moly November, I can't see anything from December.

    Hello, Yu Jeong,

Oh no! Let’s see if we can turn this Sadness into Joy, hopefully, without passing through Anxiety on the way!

I think I’ve noticed this type of issue before. From what I’ve observed, this is usually something that shows up for Guests visiting the Disneyland Resort from outside the United States. Normally, when coming across cross-border technical issues like that, I would recommend waiting until you arrive at the Disneyland Resort to proceed with finalizing your trip planning. But when we’re talking about booking theme park reservations, it’s probably best to make sure everything is in place as far in advance as possible to have the best chances for booking your preferred days and starting parks.

Here are a few thoughts that I hope will help with this situation.

    • If you booked a tickets+hotel Disneyland Resort Vacation Package, it’s usually best to make sure that you start from the My Hotel Reservations page and use the “Make Theme Park Reservations” link from there to book your upcoming park reservations. Vacation Package theme park reservations can usually be booked up to 180 days in advance, even though tickets that come with a package won’t show up in your Travel ePackage until four days before your check-in date.
    • On the other hand, if you booked hotel accommodations at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels separately from purchasing your tickets, you will want to make sure your theme park tickets are linked to your account first.
    • Booking park reservations for ticket-only purchases and Disneyland Resort Magic Key passes can be done from the My Theme Park Reservations page online. Be sure to check there or on the Future Plans screen of the Disneyland mobile app to make sure you don’t already have the park reservations you are hoping to get.
    • If you booked your Disneyland Resort vacation through an authorized Disney vacation planner, I highly recommend reaching out to them to help fill in the final details of your vacation planning, including offering help with booking your theme park reservations.
    • You may need to reach out to a Cast Member with the Tickets phone line or send an email request for assistance. Cast Members with those teams will have access to view your account and ticket information to hopefully get your situation sorted out in no time.

Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, Yu Jeong. I hope we have been able to help get you on the right path toward a successful visit to The Happiest Place on Earth. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with as you continue to plan your vacation.
