Hi Beth! It's great to have you here at planDisney!

There are so many different ways to book a Walt Disney World Resort vacation according to your party's needs. Your best bet would be to book everything in pieces instead of booking everything together as a package. You can go ahead and book a room at your chosen Disney Resorts Collection hotel and purchase your tickets separately. Your guest who will be leaving early can buy their tickets on their own. You can then link yourselves together via the My Friends and Family feature in your My Disney Experience account.

Beth, be sure to visit EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival during your stay. It's my favorite of all the EPCOT Festivals and the treats are delicious! I'm hoping and praying my beloved Islands of the Caribbean booth makes a return this year.
