If you book a package with no dining plan and then the free dining offer becomes available, what are usually the stipulations/requirements for that dining plan? Is it based on what hotel that determines what dining plan?

    Hi Christina,

Historically when Disney offers the Free Dining Plan, the Value resorts are offered the Quick Service plan and the Moderate and Deluxe resorts have been offered the Plus Dining package. The Plus Dining includes one table service, one quick service and one snack per person. The number of entitlements is based on the nights that you stay. For example, if you book six nights and seven days, you will receive six table service meals, six quick service meals and six snacks per person in your party.

You'll want to keep in mind that Free Dining is extremely popular. The number of packages available at each resort is limited. Therefore, if you see a Free Dining Special Offer, be sure to call immediately. If you already have a reservation, you'll need to specifically ask them to alter your existing reservation to include the Free Dining.

I hope this helps. If you need further clarification, please do not hesitate to send a follow up question.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
