Hi Ana!
Welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your wondEARful question about
Disney Park Pass theme park reservations!
Ana,
your Disney Park Pass theme park reservation is linked to your active and valid theme park admission ticket. Unfortunately, if you remove your theme park admission ticket from your My Disney Experience account, your Disney Park Pass reservation will no longer be valid.
However, it is normally not possible to receive a refund for Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets, as they can be used for future vacations. Disney Resorts Collection room accommodations can sometimes be canceled and/or modified, but it is very likely that your theme park ticket will remain in your account. I encourage you to first speak to a friendly Cast Member about the possibility of deactivating a theme park ticket and activating a new one before canceling your vacation package.
Newer Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets do not begin to expire until they are first used. Additionally, even if your theme park ticket is date-specific, you can apply the entire value of the wholly unused ticket to a future ticket purchase! If you really don’t want to lose your theme park reservations, this may be a wonderful option for you, Ana!
To reach a Cast Member,
please visit the help center page on the Walt Disney World Resort website. You will find links to “chat, email, or call” a Cast Member on the top right of the page.
Ana, I hope I have helped answer your question. If you have any additional questions, please visit planDisney again. We are all EARS!
