Hiya David!
Welcome to planDisney! I never had a chance as a child to get a princess makeover but I loved giving this opportunity to my daughter a few years ago. My little one is normally not into dresses and fancy hairstyles but she loved meeting her Fairy Godmother Apprentice and then spending the whole day being treated like royalty by everyone she met.
Reservations for
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Magic Kingdom Park open up 60 days before the day you are looking to make a booking. If you are looking to get your little one bedazzled and transformed into her inner princess then you will have to contact the Disney experts at 00 800 2006 0809 (freephone) or speak to the travel agent you may have used to make your trip reservations. Our friends in Europe cannot make reservations online at this time and must call. It looks like 60 days before your intended makeover day is June 15 which is the day I'm writing this out to you! So don't delay and call now! If for some reason there is no availability I would keep trying. The current cancellation policy is that reservations must be canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time. This means that as the date approaches you will find people canceling reservations and you can try to be there to grab it.
When you arrive in the States you should be able to try and search for a booking via the
My Disney Experience mobile app without needing to call.
Just a helpful tip: If you are looking to save some money you can bring a dress with you to the experience and purchase The Carriage Package which includes hairstyling, makeup, a princess sash, a cinch sack, nail polish, and a special Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique T-shirt. I would also suggest booking your makeover as early in the day as possible so that your little one can enjoy a full day being treated royally.
Consider another way to make her experience even more special by booking a
Capture Your Moment session for Magic Kingdom Park. These are 40-minute private photo sessions with a Walt Disney World photographer who can capture special moments with your princess and up to 7 more guests. The website says that you can book online and through the My Disney Experience App but if that is not possible (and I have a feeling it won't be for you) then reach out to the Disney experts via phone again.
I hope this helps and if you have any more questions please
let me know!
Happy Planning!
