How do I book more than one room at a resort?

Howdy, Alan! Welcome to planDisney. We're so excited that you are planning a 2026 Disney getaway.

If you want to book more than one room at a Disney resort, you have a couple of options. You can do it online through the Disney website by booking each room as a separate reservation, or you can call the Disney Reservations Center and have a Cast Member help you.

When I'm booking multiple rooms, I like calling because I can make sure all the reservations are “linked” together. That way, Disney knows our rooms are part of the same travel party, and they’ll do their best to get you close to each other (though it’s never guaranteed).

If everyone in your group is paying separately, each room will need its own reservation number and deposit. If you’re paying for all the rooms yourself, you can still link them together under your My Disney Experience account so you can manage everyone’s plans, like Advanced Dining Reservations, and Lightning Lanes, in one place.

When you’re on the phone, be sure to mention if you have any special requests, like adjoining rooms (with a connecting door) or a specific floor or location. Those requests can’t be guaranteed, but Disney is great about trying to make them happen when they can.

Alan, if you find that you have more specific questions, like which resort might be best for your family or what specific location at a resort is closest to the pool.

    Toodles,
