I would like to book one of the multi-room suites for a cruise, but they never seem to be available on the website. Do you think that I pretty much have to book a land/cruise package to get one of those higher-end suites? Thanks!

    Hi Doug!

This is an excellent question and allows me to clarify a previous answer about booking a suite aboard the Disney cruise ships.

    How to secure a suite?

1 - call your travel agent or the Disney Cruise Line at 888-325-2500

2 - If sailing on a 3 or 4 night cruise, be willing to book a land/sea package. Suites, if still available, open to everyone about 30 days out from these shorter voyages.

3 - Stay away from major holidays, summer vacation time and special sailings.

4 - Be prepared to book your preferred date with a non-refundable deposit. (This deposit can be credited to a future sailing, however.)

Probably due to the economy, I have seen recent reports of passengers being able to pay for an upgrade to a suite at Check In at Port Canaveral. Some guests are likely postponing their sailing dates or downgrading to less expensive staterooms.

If a suite is not available for your preferred date, ask to be put on the waiting list.

Concierge guests receive upgraded amenities with their luxurious accommodations.

    Enjoy the Suite Life!
