Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, Dean, thank you for visiting us with your question today! I’m so happy to hear you’re planning a trip to
Disneyland Paris. As a UK Guest who visits regularly, I know how special this resort is, and I’m excited to help you plan the perfect visit!
At the moment, bookings are open for
preferred viewing of the nighttime spectacular
Disney Tales of Magic at Disneyland Park, with availability currently showing through to September. This option is only available to Guests who booked directly through the official Disneyland Paris website. If you booked through any other travel agent, including Disneyholidays.co.uk (which is run by The Walt Disney Travel Company International), you won’t be eligible to pre-book this experience in advance, but you can try from 7 days before your visit via the Disneyland Paris app, depending on availability, in my experience it is often sold out by the time it becomes available to all Guests.
If you did book directly but can’t see the option in your account or on the app, I’d suggest getting in touch with a Cast Member using the online chat function; they’re brilliant and should be able to help.
Now, between us... I’ve never actually booked preferred viewing myself! When I was there recently, I saw Disney Tales of Magic for the first time, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I was blown away by it! If you don’t manage to get a reservation, I’d recommend grabbing a coffee and something sweet (I really like the macarons at
Boardwalk Candy Palace) and heading to the hub about an hour before showtime. Just make sure nothing like a tree or a lamp post is in your line of sight.
I hope this answers your question, Dean! I wish you all the luck in the (Disney) world that you are successful in booking the preferred viewing for Disney Tales of Magic! If you have any further questions, please
reach out to me. I'd love to help!
See you on Main Street, Paris!
Matt
