How do I book multiple rooms online?

    Hi there, Pasquale!

Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to discuss your winter escape to the Most Magical Place on Earth. January will be here before you know it, so let's get going.

You can only secure one room at a time when booking through the Walt Disney World website. You'll need to call Walt Disney World Reservations directly for multiple rooms. I know finding time for a call can be tricky, but the call center's generous hours - 7 AM to 11 PM EST - make it easier to fit into your day. If you're an early bird like me, try calling right at 7 AM. My night-owl friends also recommend the last hour of the evening for shorter wait times.

I hope everything goes smoothly and you can lock in the perfect accommodations for your group. Traveling with a big crew is always an adventure. When you make your reservations over the phone, be sure to mention that you're one party; the Cast Member can note this, increasing your chances of getting rooms that are connecting or at least close to each other.

Thanks again for sending your question to us, Pasquale. Before I go, I'll share my two best tips for venturing into the theme parks in large numbers. My planDisney pals and I often vacation in groups of 10-15, so I've picked up some handy tricks.

*Designate a My Disney Experience "coordinator" for your group - someone to manage Lightning Lanes, Virtual Queues, and dining reservations.

*Consider adding Memory Maker so everyone gets in the picture! Gather the whole crew for a photo in front of each park's icon.

Best wishes for an unforgettable adventure, and we can't wait to see ya real soon!
