How can I book multiple rooms in a deluxe resort?

Hiya Alexandra! Welcome to planDisney, and thanks so much for stopping by with a question for us. It sounds like you are the Travel planner in your family, and you’re headed for a Disney Vacation at a Deluxe Disney Resort Hotel. How lucky your loved ones must feel to have you making their magical plans and reservations!

When booking multiple Resort Hotel rooms at Walt Disney World, you must make each room reservation separately. For example, you may book one room or vacation package for each group that is staying together. The number of people permitted per room may vary based on the room type, as some standard rooms sleep up to five people, etc. You can indicate that you wish to have your Resort Room near another party during the booking process. Once you have each individual booking made, you may link them all to your My Disney Experience Account so that you can access and manage all the plans, plus make Park Pass Reservations for each member of your group!

Alexandra, I hope that this information helps you continue to make plans for your loved ones! Planning a large family vacation is hard work but so rewarding! I am sure you are excited about the memories you will all make together. Also, make sure that you check out the details on the ongoing 50th-anniversary celebrations, which are now in full swing! And since you’ll be visiting during the holidays, consider Disney’s Very Merriest After Hours for a spectacular celebration! Plus, do not hesitate to come back to see us again if we can help in any other way.

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Clara
