    Want to book Movies for late Aug.Know that UK has free dining offered for then.Want to purchase the dining pkge with 1sit down and 1QS.IF it is offered here, would need to stay at a moderate hotel.Can we change hotels then?Should we book moderate now inste

    Hi Jennifer!

    if you want to stay at the All Star Movies in late August, then I would just book the All Star Movies.  However, definitely keep your eye open for any discounts that Disney might released.  Disney won't automatically apply any discounts; you have to call them and ask for it specifically.  When a discount comes out, you can then switch your reservation to a Disney Moderate Resort or you might be able to stay with an All Starts and just pay a small amount to upgrade the Dining Plan.  However, keep in mind that there's no guarantee that Disney will offer Free Dining in late summer / early fall again.  It really depends if Disney feels it needs to offer such discounts to fill its hotels.
