how do i book the magical express from the airport

    Welcome to planDisney, Christine!

It's not long now until you'll be hopping on a magic carpet and flying to a whole new world. The World's Most Magical Celebration is entering its final hour and you'll arrive just in time to experience all the EARidescent magic. I love how Cinderella Castle looks, especially during that golden hour of the day. Make sure you get some enchanting photos with the castle in the background.

Christine, I'm sad to say that Disney's Magical Express service was discontinued a couple of years ago. Like many Guests, I have such happy memories of using Disney's Magical Express. However, there are a number of other options to choose from when it comes to getting from Orlando International Airport to the Walt Disney World Resort

There are now two shuttle services that can transport you to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Mears Connect is a service that I've personally used in the past and I had a good experience with them. In fact, I'm also planning on using them again this spring. Sunshine Flyer is another option. I've heard they have some pretty good deals if you keep checking their website and social media feeds.

If you'd like something with a bit more flexibility, a rideshare service, like Uber or Lyft, might be a better option for you, Christine. Simply download their respective apps and make a booking at a time that works best for you. The advantage of using Uber/Lyft over a shuttle service is that you can leave when you're ready and you don't have to wait for other Guests. You'll also be taken straight to your Disney Resort instead of possibly having to stop at multiple Disney Resorts along the way. However, I don't know about you, but I think rideshare services have gotten quite expensive these days. So I don't use them as much as I used to due to the price increase.

One final suggestion would be to consider renting a car. There are a number of rental car companies at Orlando International Airport. And since Disney recently announced that overnight parking is free for Guests staying property, this is a more affordable option than in the past. You might enjoy the freedom of being able to drive to the theme parks instead of waiting for Disney's buses.

I hope that's helpful, Christine. Whatever you decide to do, I trust you'll have a brilliant time on your vacation. See ya real soon!
