Can you book a luau at Aulani without having a hotel reservation? Planning for November 2022

    Aloha, Kayleigh!

Welcome to planDisney!  While I haven't gotten to visit Aulani Resort yet, it's at the very top of my Disney Vacation Club bucket list.  With its beautiful island setting, rich Hawaiian cultural details, and tons of Resort activities, it sounds like paradise to me.  How exciting that you're planning a fabulous Hawaiian escape for later this year!

As part of Aulani Resort's phased reopening, the Resort's food and beverage outlets are currently only available to Resort Guests.  Unfortunately, this also includes KA WA'A Lu'au experience.  I know this probably isn't the news you were hoping to hear, but keep in mind that Aulani Resort policies could change at any time and may be different before you arrive.  Since you have a few months before your vacation, I suggest keeping an eye on the Aulani Resort website for all the latest news and updates.  If you'd still like to visit Aulani Resort during your upcoming vacation, you might also consider booking a treatment at Laniwai Spa.  Unlike food and beverages services, spa treatments are open to the public and can be booked directly through the Aulani Resort website.

Mahalo for bringing your question to planDisney, Kayleigh.  If you think of new questions as you plan an upcoming Disney vacation, I hope you'll visit us again –– we're always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
