Welcome to planDisney, Michael! I'm so glad to be able to answer your question today. I love that you're thinking ahead, which is always a smart move when it comes to making the most of your Disney day. Let's break it all down and make sure your plan works like magic.
If you have a
Lightning Lane Multi Pass, it includes the ability to park hop, as long as your ticket type includes the
Park Hopper option. Once you scan into your first park and use your first pre-booked Lightning Lane return time, you unlock the ability to book more Lightning Lanes, including ones at other parks. So, for example, if you start your day at
EPCOT, once you use the first of your three pre-booked Lightning Lane return times, you can then make another selection for something like
Slinky Dog Dash or
Tower of Terror at
Hollywood Studios later that day.
However, there is a really important catch in your particular situation:
Disney After Hours tickets are considered special event tickets and are not eligible for Lightning Lane Multi Pass. That means that even though you're heading to Hollywood Studios later that evening for After Hours, you won't be able to book Lightning Lanes for that park using your Multi Pass if your
only admission to Hollywood Studios is through an After Hours ticket.
To use Lightning Lane across multiple parks, you'd need a standard park ticket with the Park Hopper option, not a single-park ticket and a special event ticket. So in this case, if your only access to Hollywood Studios is via your After Hours ticket, unfortunately, you won't be able to make Lightning Lane selections for that park using your Multi Pass. That said, the good news is that Disney After Hours events typically have much shorter wait times, so even without Lightning Lanes, you'll likely be able to enjoy lots of headliners with a much shorter wait than usual!
Have a magical day, Michael!
