Welcome to planDisney, Takisha. I'm so happy to virtually meet you today!
At this time, Guests who qualify for the
Disability Access Service, or DAS, can use that system along with
Lightning Lane Multi Pass and/or Lightning Lane Single Pass. They work independently of each other and should not interfere with each other. Remember that, currently, Lightning Lanes can be booked at 7 a.m. EST seven days ahead of your trip if you're staying at a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel and three days ahead of your trip if you're not (also at 7 a.m. EST). Alternatively, you can make your first DAS selection once you've scanned into a theme park.
You're going to want to make sure that your mobile device is charged as you will use the
My Disney Experience mobile app to keep track of both of these services. Not only that, but currently, for every experience you redeem through Lightning Lane Multi Pass, you'll be able to make another reservation for an eligible attraction (subject to availability). With DAS, you'll be able to book another available selection 10 minutes after you've redeemed your last one. Don't worry; you'll get the hang of it very quickly!
Remember that to determine if you qualify for DAS,
you'll need to chat virtually with a friendly Cast Member. You can do this up to 30 days in advance of your visit. While you
can do it when you arrive at the parks, you will still need to use your mobile device to do so since you are no longer able to register at
Guest Relations. In short, save some time and do it ahead of your visit!
Takisha, enjoy your time at the resort, and
reach out again if you have any other questions.
All our dreams can come true if we have the courage to pursue them,
Matt
