I want to book the hr photo session, what's the best locat. Will be staying at the contemp and don't want to go too far, but want good pics as we never had wedding pics taken and looking forward to some profes pics, we are a family of five with young kids.

    Hello, Tara,

To help you with your decision making, if you do an internet search for Disney Fine Art Portrait Sessions by Erin Foster, you'll find an incredibly helpful article filled with many pictures of the various locations where the photos can be taken for you to see which most fits your style and taste.  With staying at the Contemporary Resort, you are a short boat ride away from the Wilderness Lodge and a short monorail ride to both the Polynesian Resort and Grand Floridian Resort.  All three of those locations make great back-drops for family photos.

If you study the photos in the article, the Wilderness Lodge photos have more of a Pacific Northwest feel while the Polynesian Resort photos offer a beach/tropical feel and the Grand Floridian is a bit Victorian with the resort in the background. With all three of the resorts nearby, I'd select the one you like best.

The Disney Fine Art Photography & Video will work with you to suggest ideas as well as to work in your suggestions. You may also want to explore their Gallery as well for further ideas.

Thank you for the question; please let us know if we can help again.
