Hi Kirsten!
Welcome to planDisney! Isn’t it exciting that
Disneyland Resort will be reopening in a few days? It’s now down to single digits! (Can you tell I love a good countdown calendar?) I’m so happy to hEAR you have Theme Park Tickets purchased and are ready for that next step in vacation planning: booking a Disneyland Resort hotel.
To make a Disneyland Resort hotel reservation, check online using
this link. During this
phased reopening, Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa reopens on April 29, 2021, but the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel have not announced a reopening timetable yet. Given your dates,
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa as well as some of the
Good Neighbor hotels would be your options at this time.
If you are a foodie, check to see if
Napa Rose has reopened for advance dining reservations. I highly recommend the Chef’s Counter at Napa Rose-it’s positively the best meal I’ve had at Disneyland Resort. I hope they will be offering this sublime dining experience when the restaurant reopens because it’s truly a feast for the senses. Stay tuned because we have no word yet on when Napa Rose will reopen, but I sure wanted to put it on your radar if you love fine dining.
Kirsten, you mentioned having Theme Park Tickets, but I want to be sure you have also made
Theme Park Reservations for your vacation. You will need to check the
Availability Calendar to see which parks are available for your ticketed days, and then make a Theme Park Reservation to be able to visit each park. Just wanting to make sure you get everything lined up in advance of booking your Disneyland Resort hotel reservation.
Wishing you a GRAND adventure at Disneyland Resort and the best of luck getting your accommodations all lined up. Come back by planDisney if you want to chat again!
See ya real soon!
Sherry
