If I book a hotel reservation only now can I add a ticket package later

Hey there, Lisa, and welcome back to planDisney! In my opinion, it’s always the perfect time to start planning your next Disney Vacation. And I’m more than happy to help you start planning your 2023 Disney Vacation.

Choosing to stay in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel as part of your Disney vacation ensures that the Disney magic doesn’t have to stop when you exit the Theme Parks! Lisa, you can book your resort hotel room only reservation separately from your Theme Park ticket purchase. When purchased separately, you do not get the opportunity to take advantage of my favorite Disney Vacation reservation perk: the deposit! When you book a room and ticket package simultaneously, a deposit is required to hold your reservation and the remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival date. Resort room-only reservations require a deposit equal to one night’s room rate plus taxes and fees. Theme Park Ticket Purchases require payment in full at the time of purchase.

Lisa, I see that you are looking for 2023 arrival dates. And I have some hot-off-the-press news for you! Room and ticket packages for 2023 arrival dates will open on June 8, 2022! This means that in only a few short days you can have some peace of mind that your entire Disney Vacation is secured. This gives you more time to plan out your Disney Dining strategy. Because let’s be honest, that’s the most important strategy for Disney Vacations!

I hope this helps, Lisa! Let me know if you have more questions while planning your vacation.

You’ve got a friend in me,
