Hi María,
Welcome to planDisney!
We are happy to see that you are planning a visit to the Walt Disney World® Resort! The good news is that you are planning early. While we can provide plenty of advice on planning your Disney vacation, we do not actually book vacation packages. I suggest that you
call to speak with a cast member to inquire.
Prior to calling, I recommend checking out the
Special Offers and
theme park ticket options as well as reviewing the
Disney Resorts Collection Hotels to decide which hotels might be best for your visit. When I am planning our Disney trips, I always do price comparisons with at least three different resort hotels. Take a look at the
amenities of the hotels that you might prefer. Finally, review the details of
Disney Dining Plans and inquire about the possibility of adding a plan when you speak with a cast member.
My family prefers to stay at resort hotels within walking distance to one or more theme parks. We adore
Disney's Contemporary Resort and
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and they are within walking distance to Magic Kingdom.
Disney's Beach Club Resort,
Disney's Yacht Club Resort, and
Disney's BoardWalk Villas are within walking distance to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios (the walk to Hollywood Studios is a bit longer than the walk to EPCOT). We especially love being able to walk back to the resort hotel after watching the Happily Ever After fireworks at Magic Kingdom or Luminous The Symphony of Us fireworks at EPCOT.
María, once you familiarize yourself with some options, you should be ready to make a reservation. Looking at your arrival date, keep an eye on the official dates for the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival. In the spirit of Princess Tiana, we are
almost there! Let the countdown to the magic begin!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
