Hello Tekeya!
I hope you're having a magical day! Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney. I'm delighted to help with your planning. I see you're eager to get a head start, and that's a wonderful approach. As I always say, the early bird gets the worm! Planning ahead for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation gives you plenty of time to research and ensure your trip is practically perfect in every way. Thank you for letting me be part of your planning journey. It's an honor.
If you're looking to book a 2028 vacation, those dates typically become available in mid-spring or early summer of 2027, if current trends continue. As soon as those dates are released, I recommend booking right away. After you've made your reservation, keep an eye on the
official Disney website for
special offers. If you find an offer that matches your travel dates, simply
call Disney, and a friendly Cast Member can apply the savings to your reservation. Who doesn't love saving money while enjoying the magic?
While researching your trip, I encourage you to make a list of
Disney Resort hotels you're interested in. There are some incredible options! Once you have a resort in mind, it's important to choose your travel dates. Personally, I like to check the
seasonal events calendar, especially for
EPCOT festivals, as those are some of my favorites.
I also love spending the holidays at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Halloween is done incredibly well, and don't get me started on
Christmas. Both holidays offer exclusive after-hours parties with special fireworks, parades, and so much more. Since these events are limited and sell out quickly, keep an eye on the website for when party dates go live if that's important to you. This is also the perfect opportunity to explore the
My Disney Experience app, so you'll feel confident using it during your visit.
Tekeya, I hope this information helps and that you have a fantastic time planning your trip! For me, planning is one of the most enjoyable parts; it lets you get the most out of your Disney adventure. Please come back and visit me anytime you have questions.
Your personal planning companion,
Michelle
