Hi Katie,
Welcome to planDisney! I am delighted to see you planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!
It sounds like you could be asking about making a resort reservation or advanced dining reservations. If you are referring to a resort reservation, you would need to reserve a suite or villa that can sleep nine.
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa has Treehouse Villas that can sleep up to nine adults. Other resorts have villas that can sleep up to 12. These include 3 bedroom Grand Villas at
The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and
Disney's Riviera Resort as well as the 2 Bedroom Suites at
Disney's BoardWalk Inn. Check the
Disney Resorts Collection list for other possibilities as well. Just go to each resort's website and click on the tab for room rates to see room choices.
If you are trying to make
advanced dining reservations, you can search for a party of nine but it can be difficult to find reservations for a party of nine. I typically split my larger groups so you would need to split yours into a party of four and a party of five to search for dining reservations. Just search for times that are close to one another and you will need to have different people be the lead Guests on the reservations. When you arrive to the restaurant, you can ask the Cast Members to seat you together. Although not guaranteed, Cast Members do their best to accommodate these requests.
Katie, if I misunderstood your question, I apologize! If you have a group of nine and will need two rooms, you will need to make a reservation for each room. In
My Disney Experience, as long as you all are linked through the
My Family & Friends List, you can share plans so that when you need to make
Disney Park Pass system reservations and dining reservations, you can select everyone from your Family & Friends List. Happy Planning!
Magic and memories,
Donyell
