Ahoy there, Erica! Welcome aboard planDisney! I'm so glad you're looking to sail away early next year aboard the
Disney Wish! As someone who has sailed aboard the Wish twice, I can say with certainty you are in for an incredible time!
When it comes to booking for large groups, Guests can reserve up to four staterooms online, but if your crew would be bursting at the seams in four rooms,
you can reserve more staterooms by working directly with a crew member by phone! I know that when my extended family travels all together, we either take this approach, or let
each stateroom group book their own reservation, and link them together after the fact.
No matter which course you chart, I'd suggest calling the Disney Cruise Line crew members for assistance to be sure everything is taken care of correctly, as booking that many staterooms on the Disney Wish (or any ship in the fleet) can be a bit confusing!
If you haven't yet figured out where you'd like to call home on the ship just yet, I'd suggest any stateroom on Deck 8 or Deck 9. This location puts you roughly in the middle of the ship, with topside just a few decks above for access to
pools, the AquaMouse, Funnel Vision,
Marceline Market, and
Mickey & Friends Festival of Foods. Just a few decks below you'll find the Grand Hall, shops, lounges, and the Walt Disney Theatre, as well as the amazing main dining locations!
I hope that helps you plan for some smooth sailing, Erica! Thank you for your question, and should any others surface while you continue planning, please drop me another line here at planDisney!
Fair winds and following seas!
Andrew
