if you book a grand gathering does free dining apply

Whether or not your party qualifies as a Grand Gathering has no bearing on whether or not you can take advantage of a free dining offer, Deborah.  Often times, Grand Gathering groups are comprised of guests staying in different resorts, with different packages.  Your particular booking details will determine whether or not you are able to qualify for free dining.  Even if not everyone in the Grand Gathering does qualify, those who do are welcome to enjoy the benefits of their free dining promotion as well as any benefits that might be available to Grand Gathering groups (such as special activities/events)!  I hope that clarifies things!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
