Hello, Kateia! Thank you for your question.
Select
Walt Disney World good neighbor hotels do give you access to perks such as
extra magic hours and the opportunity to book
FastPass+ attraction selections 60 days in advance. That can be a huge advantage when trying to pack in the most you can during your theme park day.
You will want to check with the individual hotel you plan on booking for your vacation, but if you go to price out your vacation at a resort like Wyndham Lake Buena Vista in the
Disney Springs area, you'll see that preliminary prices are listed per night. So, for example, if you are looking at the Breakfast Package, it tells you how much per night the hotel will be to book that package.
You can click on the button that says "Total For This Stay" on the Wyndham page. When you click that button, you'll see a breakdown of the expenses, and it's there that they add in the per night resort fee. So, if the price per night is $199, when you click that "Total For This Stay" button, it will figure out the nightly rate, plus the taxes, plus the resort fees.
Each resort has its own system, so you'll want to check with the resort you are interested in to see how and when they add in the resort fees.
Have a wonderful time planning your magical vacation, Kateia!
