    I want to book for free dining in the Fall of 2014. When do the dates for free dining typically become available? Also since I want to make sure I get the ADR that we want, should I book now so that I can make reservations in the 180 day window?

    Hi Nicole! 

    We love visiting Walt Disney World in the fall, and I'd say that it's probably our most favorite time of year to visit!  One of the bonuses for me, is the availability of the free Disney Dining Plan promotion!  It's been pretty much a standard offering the past several years, and it's an incredible value!

    Historically speaking, fall promotions start to roll out in the April/May time frame.  If you have a Disney Visa, you'll likely get first access to these deals, and then they'll roll out to non-cardholders. 

    If you book now, you can usually have a promotion applied to your existing reservation.  There are a couple of things to keep in mind: 
            1.  Your reservation must be at a participating resort with availability for the promotion
            2.  You must meet the minimums for the promotion (usually there is a night/park admission minimum that must be met)

    If, for some reason, your reservation must be changed, the existing deposit and payments can usually be applied to the new reservation.
