Want to book fireworks cruise - trying to figure out when at 60 days can you book? At midnight? 9am? Is it better to call or use the app?

    Hey there, Cathleen!

Welcome to planDisney! We're a group of real Guests who love helping fellow Disney fans make the most of their vacations. I'm so glad you stopped by with your planning question—booking a Fireworks Cruise is an incredible way to experience the magic of Happily Ever After, and I'd love to help you navigate the waters to secure a reservation!

Now, let's dive in! Fireworks Cruises on Seven Seas Lagoon are part of the Enchanting Extras Collection and offer a truly unforgettable way to view the nighttime spectacular at Magic Kingdom. You and your party will set sail on a private pontoon boat with snacks, soft drinks, and an experienced Captain who will take you on a scenic cruise before docking in a prime viewing spot for the show. It's a fantastic way to enjoy the fireworks without the crowds, making it one of the most popular experiences at Walt Disney World!

Reservations for the Fireworks Cruise open 60 days before your arrival date, just like other Enchanting Extras. However, the exact time these reservations become available varies. Technically, reservations for Enchanting Extras open no earlier than 6 AM Eastern Time; however, I've read that specialty experiences like Fireworks Cruises have been known to open anywhere from midnight to early morning on the 60-day mark. My best tip? If you're an early riser, check at midnight. If nothing is available, refresh in the morning, at 6 AM. The easiest way to book is through the My Disney Experience app or the Walt Disney World website under the Tours, Recreation section.

What if You Can't Secure a Fireworks Cruise? Hakuna Matata! There are many other magical ways to experience Happily Ever After from unique vantage points. Secure a table at California Grill atop Disney's Contemporary Resort or Narcoossee's at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, offering spectacular views of Magic Kingdom fireworks with a delicious meal. I also have a few favorite locations at Disney Resorts Collection hotels that provide excellent views of the show without a theme park ticket. Let me know if you'd like more details—I'd be happy to share my top picks!

Beyond your Fireworks Cruise, I'd love to help with anything else you need—whether it's crafting the perfect Lightning Lane Multi Pass strategy, selecting the best dining reservations, or maximizing your time in the parks. Let me know what else I can do to make your visit even more magical!

    See you real soon!
