Hi Lynne!
Thanks for bringing this question to planDisney!
For the most current options for booking your fireworks cruise, I’d head over to the
Fireworks Cruises webpage on Disney World’s website (which it sounds like you may have already done!). Of course, that information is always subject to change, so since there’s an automated message when calling, booking options may have been recently updated.
If that’s the case and the experience is currently unable to be booked in advance, I recommend jumping on your
My Disney Experience app as soon as you arrive in the United States to try to book (pending availability). I’ll keep my fingers crossed that you can snag that reservation!
If you aren’t able to book a fireworks cruise, there are some other extra special ways to enjoy the fireworks without being at the parks…especially around the
Magic Kingdom. You can often get a great view of the fireworks from nearby resorts. Plus, the resorts will also play the music!
My plan for our upcoming trip is to enjoy dinner at the
Polynesian, then watch the fireworks from there. But I’ve also enjoyed the fireworks from the
Grand Floridian and
Contemporary in the past, as well. In fact, if you book a dining reservation for
California Grill at the Contemporary (pending availability), you’ll get a very unique view of
Happily Ever After from way high up. It’s one of my favorite views of the fireworks at Disney World!
I hope that helps! If you have any other questions, feel free to come back and visit us.
