How do you book fast passes for 2 parties together?

Hi, Theresa! As the planner in our family, I often have to do FastPass+ reservations for people in three or four rooms at Walt Disney World.  Thank goodness, My Disney Experience on the Walt Disney World website allows you to add Friends and Family to your information, which makes it super easy to manage everyone's FastPass+ reservations!

When you go to the official Walt Disney World website, you will see the My Disney Experience tab in the upper right corner.  When you click the tab, you'll see the Friends and Family option.  You can add the names of the guests that will be in the other parties, or you can send them an email invitation to link their reservations to your account. Once this is done, you'll be able to add FastPass+ reservations for the whole group.

Make sure the people in the other parties have linked their theme park passes to their My Disney Experience accounts.  You won't be able to add any FastPass+ times if they haven't linked their theme park passes.

This will ultimately make you the Supreme Commander of All Things FastPass+. Once you assume responsibility for the reservations, your name will be associated with them and no one else will be able to make changes.

My favorite kinds of Walt Disney World vacations are the kinds where a bunch of us travel together! I hope you enjoy your upcoming vacation as much as I have enjoyed traveling with friends and family!
