I want to book a family trip to Disneyland for February 2020. I was told the hotel rates would up by now but I can't get past December. Do you have any idea when the hotels will be available?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Craig, you’re as welcome as can be to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

That’s a great question! I just checked with a Cast Member, and was told that 2020 Disneyland Resort hotel rates should be available soon… I recommend checking back next week! The following year’s rates are typically made available sometime during the first two weeks of August. So, we’re almost there!

In the meantime, you can start thinking about where you want to stay, and where you want to dine... there are so many fabulous options! My family loves staying at the Disneyland Hotel and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. My three Mouseketeers can’t get enough of the thrilling monorail waterslides at the Disneyland Hotel! My favorite part of staying at the Grand Californian is the convenient theme-park access to Disney California Adventure Park – it’s such an easy in-and-out whenever you want to take a nap or pool break before returning to the magic!

Also, don’t forget that you can make dining reservations up to 60 days before your vacation. I recommend downloading the Disneyland app now so you can start mapping out the magic! My family loves using the app inside the parks to check wait times and find Characters. You can also use it ahead of time to make dining reservations! Some of my family’s favorite table-service restaurants include Carnation Cafe, Blue Bayou Restaurant, Lamplight Lounge, and Wine Country Trattoria

Wishing you a pixie-dusted planning process ahead, Craig!
