We would like to book a family getaway in oct 2027; when can we book as we definitely would like to have a chance to book bungalow at the Polynesian

Hello Carine and welcome to planDisney!

A family getaway to the world’s most magical place sounds perfect to me! Even though it’s quite a ways away, I bet you’re full of anticipation and excitement just thinking about the magical moments you will share with your family!

Reservations aren’t quite ready to open up for 2027 yet. But like Dory always tells us just keep swimming and soon we will reach our destination!

We can look at past years for best guesses on when reservations might be opening. My best guess is that sometime in the coming spring months reservations for 2027 will open. Guests were able to book for visits through October 31, 2026, when reservations opened in April of 2025.  These are just best guesses from previous years, but April looks to be the target month for reservations to open up for you to make that reservation at Disney’s Polynesian Villas and Bungalows

As a Disney Vacation Club member our family spends as much time as possible at the Polynesian!  We absolutely love the sights and sounds and smells of the resort and we always feel so at home!  My wife and daughters highly recommend the pulled pork nachos at Captain Cook’s quick service dining!  They rave about the nachos for months after our visits and make special trips to the Polynesian when we aren’t even staying there just to get their taste buds wrapped around those nachos!
As a pizza guy I recommend the pepperoni flatbread for a quick lunch or for a snack by the pool!

Carine, continue to keep swimming and that stay in an amazing bungalow will soon be a reality! Make sure to take the time to enjoy a Mickey Bar or two!
