How can I book everything at once? Hotel, tickets, shows, etc?

Hiya Ashley! It's great to hEAR from you! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

I'm happy you are considering a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort in 2023! It's never too early to start planning your next visit! One of the best parts of booking an upcoming stay is being able to package together your Disney Resorts Collection hotel with your ticket package. It helps make the booking process that much easier and allows you to make modifications as needed.

When booking your March 2023 stay, you'll have a few options at your fingertips.

    1. Book your stay directly through the Walt Disney World website. Once you access the site, scroll down until you see the toolbar for "Build Your Vacation". Enter your expected travel dates and the number of Guests in your party. Select "View Rates" to see the resort options available during that time. Once you select your resort and room type, you will then select the number of park days you want your tickets to be. You'll also have the opportunity to add the Park Hopper Option and Memory Maker at this time. There are no specific shows or attractions to book in advance at any of the parks, but you will have the option to add Disney Genie+ on the day of your visit.
    2. Call the Walt Disney World Resort and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. This Cast Member can book your entire stay over the phone and provide you with every option that you have. It is still a good idea to access the site to get an idea of your choices before giving them a call. This way you'll have a point of reference when speaking to them.
    3. Perform a Google search for Authorized Disney Vacation Planners. These individuals can book your entire stay, including airfare and travel if needed. This will be the best bet if you want a more consultative approach to planning your visit. You can work with them via email or phone and take your time in the booking process. The best part about using their services is there is no extra cost to you. You'll pay the same amount for your vacation as you would booking it yourself.

Once you have solidified your plans, you'll want to create a My Disney Experience account to help manage your reservations. You'll be able to link your resort accommodations, park tickets, and dining reservations all to one place. It's also a great idea to download the My Disney Experience App to use once you arrive onsite, as you will need this if you plan on using Disney Genie+ during your visit.

Ashley, I hope this information helps you plan your upcoming vacation! I'm excited for you to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth in the new year!

    Happy planning!
