How do I book my Disney World Vacation for 2026?

Hey Howdy Hey Grant and welcome back to planDisney!

One thing we love here at planDisney is a well-thought-out plan for visiting the Walt Disney World Resort. I am excited to hear that you are getting a great start on your plan to visit in 2026. Let's go over a few tips on when to get things rolling.

As of this writing, the farthest in advance to book your vacation is December 31, 2025. Dates for the following year typically become available in mid-to-late spring or early summer. While we still have a few months before these dates become available, there is still so much planning you can do right now.

The best thing to do right now is try to plan how many days you want to stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. There are so many resorts to choose from when staying onsite that it is also a great time to look into each resort and see which one may fit your party's needs. I would recommend visiting YouTube and doing walk-throughs of each resort. They can show you the ins and outs of all resorts and can help you decide which one may work best. This process will also help you figure out your budget to better save for your trip.

Best of luck as you continue to develop your plans for 2026. If you have any other questions about planning you've got a friend in us here at planDisney to help you out along the way!

    To Infinity and Beyond,
