According to the current
Terms and Conditions Policy for a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you can cancel 30 days prior to your arrival without a penalty. It goes on to say that changes, including party size, are subject to prices applicable at the time of the change. I reached out to a cast member in reservations, who told me the best thing to do is contact a reservation agent at (407) 560-2428; they would be happy to assist you. I would certainly err on the side of caution and contact them as soon as you are certain your plans have changed.
As I mentioned, the Flower & Garden Festival is a fantastic opportunity to visit EPCOT and see all of the lush topiary sculptures of Disney characters. As you make your way around the World Showcase, be sure to catch one of the Garden Rocks Concert Series at the America Gardens Theater. There will also be plenty of outdoor kitchens with unique food and beverage offerings you won’t want to miss.
