We want to book a Disney resort stay but have learned that we will miss out on "Magical Extras" because we already have our tickets (they were gifts) therefore are not purchasing a package. Is there a way to link these tickets to a resort stay?

Hello Mark!  Thanks for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am not quite sure what "Magical Extras" you are talking about, but I can assure you that if you book a Walt Disney World Resort stay you WILL have a fabulous time!  I have purchased tickets separately from booking a resort several times and have the same magical vacation everyone else is having.  You can, however, keep track of your resort reservation, park tickets and dining reservation by creating a MyDisneyExperience account.

I hope this helps clear up the confusion.  If you have any other questions, I'd love for you to come back and ask me.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
