Hiya Brent - welcome to
planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by with a great question for our team of panelists. We love to help Guests just like you plan your very own, very magical,
Walt Disney World Resort vacations!
Brent,
the additional benefits associated with being a
Disney Resorts Collection registered Guest start on your check-in date and conclude at the end of your check-out date. So, for example, if you check out of your Resort on Monday, you would be able to take advantage of Early Theme Park Entry on Monday. You would also still be eligible for Extended Evening Theme Park Hours on Monday (if offered and your Resort qualifies), even though you've checked out of your Resort earlier in the day. Those benefits are no longer available beginning the day
after you've checked out.
To put it another way, these benefits are tied to your Resort reservation dates specifically, not to your Theme Park Ticket's use window, even if you purchase those Theme Park Tickets with your Disney Resorts Collection room reservation. So, if Early Theme Park Entry is a benefit that you want to utilize, make sure to do so on days that you are still a Guest of your Disney Resort hotel.
I hope this information is helpful, but if you have any additional questions,
please stop by and ask! Oh, and when you do make it down to visit Mickey and his pals, be sure to check out my favorite new attraction at
EPCOT -
Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind - it's a blast!
