Planning a
Disney Cruise Line vacation is incredibly easy using the step-by-step guidance for every aspect of your cruise from start to finish. You can also
call Disney Cruise Line and have the assistance of a Cast Member if you wish, but planning online is truly a lot of fun, and you control every aspect of your planning - and the Disney Cruise Line website will leave no stone unturned, right down to those important logistical details. Just make sure you have a few dates in mind and use the filters to select month, year, Port, destination etc., and the rest will fall in place on your screen for you to decide on.
I recommend beginning with viewing the
Disney Cruise Line planning videos after signing in to your Disney Cruise Line account and then heading over to the tab which says,
Plan A Cruise, where you'll see the
Find A Cruise and the
Special Offers links. You will be asked for your group size, a date range, number of days to sail, departure Ports, and even which ship to sail on and from there, a list of available sailings will be presented to you. Once you decide on a sailing, follow the step-by-step prompts right down to cancellation insurance (which I recommend) and ground transportation (which I also recommend), for that added peace of mind. Take a look at the

Jennifer, once booked, your sailing will appear in your Disney Cruise Line account under the main tab called
Already Booked under
My Reservations. You will be prompted for the next steps to pay off your balance (which you can apply payments to), book activities and Port Adventures once your balance is paid off and your booking window opens up - all through your Disney Cruise Line account.
Download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your plans before and during your sailing, and explore the variety of helpful features the app offers - I love the
Onboard Chat feature that allows me to communicate with one person, or a group of fellow cruisers, how convenient is that!
