We want to book a Disney cruise out of Florida, but fly into Orlando and go to Magic Kingdom one day first. Is there a shuttle that will take us to the port from our Disney Resort?

Welcome aboard, Pam! A Disney Cruise Line vacation is always fun, but what makes it even more magical is combining it with a stay at Walt Disney World resort as well!

When you arrive at the airport, you can hop on the Magical Express, which is Disney's complimentary transportation between the airport and the resorts. When you're ready to leave the resort for your cruise the next day, you can board Disney's ground transportation to Port Canaveral if you have a reservation. When you book your cruise with Disney Cruise Line, simply add ground transportation to your reservation and you'll be all set. You can even take this transportation from the port back to the airport as you disembark the ship your final morning, which certainly makes that last day much less stressful.

Currently prices for the ground transportation with Disney are $35 per person each way. Though this might seem costly, I promise it is well worth taking Disney's transportation over another transportation company. Disney takes care of all of the details, down to having your luggage meet you in your stateroom as you arrive, and sending it all the way back home for you from the ship. So, no hassles, no hurrying to make your flight, and no worries at all because Disney takes the stress out of planning.

Your kids will love watching Disney cartoons onboard the bus between the resort and port and the port and airport as they travel, which makes the trip go by much faster too!

Have fun as you continue to plan, Pam, and be sure to let me know if you have any other questions before you set sail!
